ABOUT ME
Phoenix Counselling and Psychotherapy was founded by James Dunne in the hopes of providing a space for people to feel accepted, comfortable and heard.

The name originates from the mythical Phoenix bird - a bird that rose from the ashes, epitomising resurrection or rebirth and is often viewed as a symbol of hope.
​
The organisation is focused on providing a safe space for true expression of oneself. Emphasis is on highlighting the importance of perspective and working together to achieve positive outcomes.
Services
Services provided include In Person Therapy based in Limerick City as well as online video therapy sessions.
In Person Therapy Session
In Person Therapy is provided on a one-to-one basis which will be conducted face-to-face at the below mentioned address. The office space provides a confidential and safe environment and would be considered the most conventional method of therapy.

Prices begin at €50 for an individual session.
An online therapy session is conducted through Google Meet and is 50 minutes in duration.
